Improvement of water resources management
Hejtman, Jan ; Koška, Petr (referee) ; Fiala, Alois (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is a lay of the business processes in Vodárenska akciová společnost, a.s. In theoretical part of the thesis are describe characteristics, mapping and modeling of processes in this company. In practical part are mapping processes, which this company make in order for their customers and daily processes, whereby sustains own infrastructure.
Web Services to Integrate BPMS in BPMN 2.0 Specification
Mihola, David ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to chose and implement appropriate BPMN blocks, which enable integration with surrounding web based systems, exchange of messages between parallel BPMN processes and their synchronization. The goal was reached with an implementation of an information system, which is based on the MVC design pattern. The system primarily enables uploading of BPMN models, their configuration and creation of BPMN processes described by those models, which can be then managed and solved within the system. Synchronization of BPMN processes owned by different organizations, which are using instances of this system, and message exchange between them is specified by users in BPMN models with blocks Message Event and Signal Event. The system then executes modeled synchronization and message exchange. Integration of this system with other systems is ensured via Application Programming Interface calls, which can be configured in the GUI. Configured APIs can be integrated into BPMN models by using the Service Task block. That enables automation of API calls with data obtained during the interpretation of BPMN processes. Great emphasis was also placed on security and correct code structuring during the implementation.
The Studies During the Engagement by Using Process Management
Večerková, Veronika ; Mrnka, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with improvment of process management. The first part deals with the basic theoretical knowledge of process management, metodology, rengeneering and also modeling of these processes where it is at most about modeling at Aris software. Second part is about a real company and studies during the engagement from the beginning like material in stock to expedition of a real product. Third part continous about the improvment of process management in the real company.
Interactive Designer of Executable BPMN Workflows for GPC Platform
Havelka, Ondřej ; Michal,, BATKO (referee) ; Ondrák, Viktor (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the issue of process modeling and its application in workflow modeling within the GPC framework. Specifically, it deals with the design and implementation of a module which will allow users to easily transform process diagrams of the widely used BPMN 2.0 standard into executable proprietary workflows that are used to configure the framework's processes. The solution will allow users to customize the platform for their purposes in a way that is familiar, visual and significantly simpler than existing solutions.
ITIL and COBIT Implementation in ARIS Toolset
Škoviera, Martin ; Kreslíková, Jitka (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
This master's thesis explores the topic of guidance for the COBIT framework and ITIL library in the context of business process management. It encompasses various process modelling languages and diagrams for companies active in information and communication technologies. Through the selected ARIS tool set and the mapping of all 64 processes, the establishment of individual processes can now be achieved, which is explained by modelling a total of 101 diagrams. The thesis also contains an example of process deployment for a selected company, which is accompanied by an implementation of a dashboard application that monitors the ticket flow of service operation processes.
Workflow Design for a Building Company
Pokorný, David ; Boďa, Oldřich (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
The thesis deals with workflow design and its implementation in a construction company. The current state of document management is becoming obsolete and insufficient. Thus the company´s board has approved the realization of workflow system. The aim of this thesis is therefore analysis of company´s related processes and design of a workflow model. In addition, the new model is required to be linked with present financial and managerial accounting systems and allow for future adjustments and modifications. Final output of this thesis consists of workflow process maps, risk assessment, budget and time plan of realization.
Aplikace pro tvorbu pracovních postupů
Sochová, Terézia
This work is dedicated to the design and implementation of an application for the creating workflows. The goal of this work is to design and implement an application for the creation of work procedures based on the analysis of available solutions and requirements from the customer. The work contains an explanation of basic terms from the field of business processes, a description of process modeling standards and a description of available solutions. Furthermore, the work deals with the design of a process map for the process: Design for reward, design of diagrams capturing the structure and behavior of the system and design of the database. Last but not least, the work is devoted to the implementation, deployment and testing of the application. The implementation uses C# backend technology with the .NET framework, Bootstrap5 frontend technology and the Elsa Core framework for workflow creation.
Modelling and Analysis of Logistics Processes by Applying Process and Data Mining Techniques
Rudnitckaia, Julia ; Wang, Hao (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (referee) ; Hruška, Tomáš (advisor)
In this thesis, we propose an approach for modelling hidden and unknown processes and subprocesses in the example of a seaport logistics area. Having the underlying process model makes it possible to exploit more advanced algorithms since deviations and main paths are becoming visible and better controlled. The obtained model is the foundation for the core research of this work and will be enriched with key performing indicators and their forecast by applying advanced process mining, statistics, and machine learning techniques. The main difference of the approach is that we take as a target variable not any specific value, but the object - a process variant or a process type with a set of parameters. Bottleneck analysis, from one side, and predictive analysis, on the other hand, are enforced with context-aware information, especially with these additional objective process attributes.   Furthermore, the support of the descriptive ("As is") current process model with certain notation and the integration with relevant bottleneck and predictive methods compromise the advantages of the approach. The work primarily focuses on the design of algorithms and methods for supporting logistics data analysis. However, it can be adjusted and applied to other areas accordingly, which makes the approach flexible and versatile. The result of the work is the framework for unstructured process modelling and the key process parameters predictive method. This analysis of processes with their attributes might be used for decision-making systems and process maps in future.
Implementácia metodiky (rámcov) ITIL pre Helpdesk MENDELU
Jantulíková, Michelle
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the Helpdesk of Mendel University, the procedures and processes used in everyday operation as well as the tools used for this and the implementation of the ITIL methodology in this environment. BPMN and flowcharts used in the analysis, design and implementation were created using Enterprise Architecture and Visual Studio Code was used to work with the codes. The Emersion content management system was used to deploy websites and web applications to the university testing environment. The implementation also concerned the OTRS ticket management tool. The work analyzed the current state of IT Services Management, ITIL methodology as well as the current state of the Helpdesk of Mendel University. All knowledge was used in the design of implementation and subsequent implementation. Finally, the benefits and risks were evaluated and the approach to future implementations was set.
